This was my first Stony Creek Metropark engagement shoot, but it definitely won’t be my last! The lush green fields, picturesque forest, and beautiful waterfront provided us with unique looks all in one location! That means more time to photograph, and less time driving around. I had a blast photographing Brandi and Kalvin there and they looked amazing in their white outfits up against the vibrant green surroundings.
When we arrived at Stony Creek I knew that I wanted to photograph them in the large, open field. We spent most of our time there because I was so excited about how amazing they looked surrounded by the green grass and white flowers. Then we headed into the wooded area nearby where I captured some sweet moments of Brandi and Kalvin together. Since Stony Creek is centered around a beautiful lake we couldn’t pass that opportunity up to photograph near the water. We ended our session by the lake just as the golden light started hitting the water, it was gorgeous!
I seriously love the couples I photograph. Brandi and Kalvin are such genuinely nice people and their love is evident in every giggle, loving glance, and sweet embrace. They could not be cuter together! I am so excited to photograph their wedding in December, it is going to be amazing.
