I photographed this spectacular couple’s wedding in the fall at the Dessert Oasis Rochester and in a little hidden school house in Washington Township. Let me tell you, it was amazing! You should definitely check it out! But my journey with this couple began back in the spring. I remember that sunny afternoon like it was yesterday. I walked into Dessert Oasis and it was like I was meeting old friends. Jon and Nathalia are such incredible individuals and the more I talked with them, the more I was confident that not only Jon and Nathalia were a match made in heaven, but I was a perfect match as their wedding photographer. Let me tell you, it is not only important for the couple to be compatible, the photographer also needs to be compatible! I can usually tell at an engagement session if we are right for each other, and I knew the moment I started talking with these two! Folks, I cannot stress this enough, find a photographer that is compatible with you and your style!
Anyways, back to the amazing Jon and Nathalia! Their coffee shop engagement session was amazing. The more I watched these two interact, their giggles, they way they looked at each other, their mutual respect and understanding, I knew they were perfect for each other. Couples like this is what makes my job so rewarding and awesome! Being able to capture the pure love between two people is what I live for!
And the love didn’t stop in the coffee shop! After, we headed over to one of my favorite field locations in Washington Township. These two looked absolutely adorable walking through the long grass and Nathalia’s sun hat was TOO cute! And at the end of the session, things got really cute! Nathalia put on her bright red lipstick and planted some kisses on Jon. It just shows how fun an engagement session can be! It doesn’t have to be suit and tie formal. It can be fun, spontaneous, creative, hilarious, but mostly importantly it should be enjoyable! These two had a blast at their engagement shoot and I did too!
So see it for yourself, the unbelievable and amazing Nathalia and Jon!
xoxo
