Belinda & Alex’s Detroit Athletic Club Wedding was one of the most laid back yet incredibly beautiful cultural experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment I met Belinda she was as cool as a cucumber, her friends bursted with love for them, and Alex was head over heels over her. It was truly a magnificent experience and I couldn’t have been more blessed to document their story.
Belinda along with a few of her closest friends, mother and daughter prepared for the day at the MGM Detroit. Walking in we were immediately filled with a very calm group of fantastic people. From the gold dresses, Belinda’s Jimmy Choos, to the laughter that filled the air, I think it’s safe to say Belinda was in a warm place surrounded by those who love her dearly.
After Belinda dressed we went straight o the mosque at Islamic Center of America. I loved everything about the welcomes we received, the smiling faces all around and just the overall experience. As simply put, their ceremony was nothing short of beautiful for the two of them and we then left for the Detroit Athletic Club were they celebrated the rest of the evening with their closest friends and family.
Wow Belinda and Alex, you have an incredible amount of chemistry when you’re together and I cannot thank you enough for trusting us to document your absolutely stunning story.
