In June I photographed Bryon and Rachel’s wedding and it was absolutely fabulous! I knew after our amazing engagement session that the wedding day was going to awesome! These two are so good for each other! And their love for each other is evident with every action, smile, and embrace!
Rachel got ready at her parents house in Bloomfield Hills with her sisters and close friends. Her dress, from Alessandra Bridal, looked undoubtedly stunning on her! Her mother helped her put her dress on and it was a beautiful moment!
The ceremony was held at St. Hugo of The Hills in the stone chapel. It was a gorgeous building! The perfect location for the perfect couple! Rachel’s father walked her down the aisle and she had the biggest smile on her face! At the end of the ceremony, Bryon threw his hands in the air in celebration!
Before the reception, we photographed Bryon and Rachel in the gardens at The Inn at St. John’s. They looked absolutely stunning and in the moments they had together you could tell how much they truly loved each other.
After we captured some fabulous moments, we went to their reception in the Galilee room at The Inn at St. John’s. It was absolutely beautiful! One Enchanted Evening florists did a great job with the flowers. The whole room was decorated perfectly! The music at the reception was great as well! Their DJ was great and they had a percussionist too! Rachel and Bryon had a fun and adorable first dance together!
Oh, and the funnest moment! At the reception the best man said his speech, but at the end he said something that made everyone laugh! After the ceremony when they were signing the marriage license, the best man accidently signed on the groom’s line. The joke was that Bryon could enjoy the dancing with Rachel, but after that, he was hers! Too funny! (But don’t worry, they got the marriage license situation sorted out!)
